I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Regulation defines the general terms, principles, and method of providing services electronically through the website www.fetalgrowth2024.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Website" or "Service") and Registration of Participation in the Conference titled: Fetal Growth 2024.
2. The Service is operated by the company Medisfera Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw.
3. Contact with the Service Provider can be made through:
a. email at the Service Provider's email address: biuro@medisfera.pl
b. phone number: +48 502 646 723, through the contact form available on the Website.
4. This Regulation is continuously and free of charge made available by the Service Provider on the website www.fetalgrowth2024.pl, allowing users to obtain, reproduce, and record its content by printing or saving it on a storage medium at any time using the user's computer system.
5. All rights to the Website, including intellectual property rights, rights to the name, domain, website of the Service, as well as forms, logos, belong to the Service Provider, and their use may only occur in a manner specified and in accordance with the Regulation.
6. The Service Provider reserves the right to place on the Service website advertising content related to services offered, as well as goods and services of third parties, in forms used on the Internet. The terms and conditions of such offers or services are determined by the respective third parties.
7. This Regulation specifies, in particular, the rules for using the Website, types and scope of services, conditions for providing services, conditions for concluding and terminating service provision agreements, and the procedure for handling complaints.
8. The Service Provider informs that the use of electronically provided services may involve a risk on the part of each Internet user, consisting of the possibility of introducing harmful software into the user's teleinformatics system and obtaining and modifying their data by unauthorized persons. To avoid the risk of such threats, the user should use appropriate technical measures to minimize their occurrence, especially antivirus programs and a firewall. 
9. The rules for providing other services within the Service, including paid services, may be specified in additional regulations.


II. DEFINITIONS

The terms used in this document have the following meanings:

Website/Service – the website available at the domain www.fetalgrowth2024.pl, owned and administered by the Service Provider, where Users can use services offered by the Service Provider, including registering for the Conference, contacting the Service Provider through the contact form, and using other services offered on the Website;

Service Provider – Medisfera Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, entered into the National Court Register under the number 0000659104, conducting business at ul. Bruzdowa 60F, 02-991 Warsaw, NIP 9512427309, REGON 366365063;

User – a natural person with full legal capacity who can use services available on the Website, in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation and the Website;

Conference Participant/Participant – a person authorized to participate in the Conference, meeting the formal registration requirements indicated in the Conference description;

Conference – an on-site event of a training, course, workshop, symposium, or other scientific, training, or similar nature, according to the information provided on the Website, for which the User can register (hereinafter: "Registration" or "Registration of Participation") through the Service;

Registration Form – an electronically interactive form specified by the Service Provider, allowing the User to Register for Participation in the Conference;

Services – services provided by the Service Provider to Users electronically within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended);

Act on the provision of electronic services – the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended);

Civil Code – the Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended);

Regulation – this document.

 

III. RULES OF USING THE SERVICE

1. The Service Provider enables Users to use the services provided by them through the Service, in particular the possibility of registering for Conference Participation, contacting the Service Provider through the contact form, and using other services available on the Website.
2. The use of the Service can only take place in accordance with the rules and scope specified in the Regulation.
3. Minimum technical requirements enabling the use of the Service:device with Internet access,
a. access to an email account,
b. the latest version of a web browser with enabled support for Cookies and Java Script,
c. software for reading and saving PDF files.
4. Users are prohibited from using the Service or Services in a way that violates the law, good practices, personal rights of third parties, or the legitimate interests of the Service Provider.


IV. SERVICES

1. The provision of services on the Website is carried out in accordance with the rules specified in this Regulation.
2. Services provided by the Service Provider to Users are free of charge, in accordance with the information presented on the Website and the rules indicated in this Regulation, except for the Registration of Participation in the Conference, as mentioned in point V of this Regulation.
3. The Service Provider allows Users to use the following free services through the Website:
• Browsing and searching for information posted on the Website, including information about the program, date and place, and participation rules in the Conference, and other information presented on the Website;
• Contacting the Service Provider through the contact form available on the Website;
• Providing the Newsletter Service.
4. The agreement for the provision of the service of browsing and searching for information available on the Website is concluded for a specified period and is terminated when the User closes the Website.
5. The User has the option of receiving commercial information from the Service Provider in the form of messages sent to their email address (Newsletter Service). To do this, the User must provide a valid email address and activate the appropriate field in the Registration Form for Participation. The User can withdraw consent to receive commercial information at any time. The Newsletter is sent by the Service Provider only to the User who has subscribed.
6. The User has the option of sending messages to the Service Provider using the contact form. The agreement for the provision of the service consisting of providing an interactive form allowing Users to contact the Service Provider is concluded for a specified period and is terminated when the User sends a message.


V. REGISTRATION FOR CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION

1. The Service Provider allows Users to Register for Participation in the Conference. Detailed information about the program of a given Conference, its duration, scope, and cost of participation will be indicated to the User each time on the Website, in the Conference description.
2. Information about the possibility of registering for the Conference constitutes an invitation to conclude an Agreement, within the meaning of art. 71 of the Civil Code.
3. To Register for Participation, the User completes the fields of the Registration Form marked as mandatory. Registration is submitted to the Service Provider by the User electronically and constitutes an offer to conclude an agreement for paid participation in the Conference. An offer submitted in electronic form binds the User if the Service Provider sends the User confirmation of accepting the Registration for Participation to the email address provided by the User, which constitutes a statement of the Service Provider accepting the User's offer, and the Agreement is concluded upon receipt of the confirmation by the User.
4. By completing the Registration of Participation, the User declares that the information provided in the registration form is true and does not violate the rights of third parties.
5. A Conference Participant may be a User who, in particular:
a. meets the requirements specified each time in the description of the Conference, especially depending on the nature of the Conference, is a person engaged in a medical profession, being a doctor or dentist within the meaning of the generally applicable law, a person authorized to issue prescriptions, or a person conducting the turnover of medicinal products, or another person professionally associated with the subject matter of the Conference,
b. has completed the Registration of Participation and has paid the participation fee, as indicated in the Service.
6. Information about the circle of entities entitled to participate in the Conference is always placed on the website of the Service and in the description of the Conference available on the Service.
7. In relation to Users who are Entrepreneurs, the Service Provider has the right to verify the fulfillment of the requirements mentioned in point 5 above. The Service Provider may also, for the purpose of verifying such a User, request additional documents or information from them.
8. The Service Provider presents information on the participation fee for the Conference on the Service's website. The prices are given in Polish zlotys and include all components, including VAT and other fees. In relation to Entrepreneurs, the Service Provider may use net prices.
9. The User makes the payment by bank transfer to the Service Provider's account.
10. In the event of the need to clarify or supplement the data necessary for Registration, the Service Provider will ask the User to provide the missing data or information by contacting them by email or phone, using the contact details provided in the Registration Form. Registration in such a case depends on the User providing the missing data or information.
11. The User is obliged to make the payment for the Conference within the period indicated on the Service. In case of non-payment by the User within the specified period, the Service Provider, after prior unsuccessful payment request with the designation of the appropriate deadline, may withdraw from the Agreement under Article 491 of the Civil Code and cancel the User's Registration.
12. The Service Provider may stipulate that the Registration of Participation in the Conference may also include other additional paid options, such as meals or accommodation, the cost of which will be provided each time on the Service. The User can order additional options mentioned in this point by following the messages displayed on the Service.


VI. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF USERS AND CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS

1. Subject to other provisions of this Regulation, the Consumer, within 14 days of concluding a distance contract (including the Service Provision Agreement), may withdraw from it without giving any reason by submitting a relevant statement to the Service Provider, the template of which is Annex 1 to the Regulation, and by deleting the Account on the Website.
2. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the Agreement by the Consumer is excluded in the following cases:
a. Service contracts, if the Service Provider has fully performed the service with the express consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the provision began that, once the service is performed by the Service Provider, they will lose the right to withdraw from the contracty,
b. Contracts for services related to accommodation, other than for residential purposes, transportation of goods, car rental, gastronomy, services related to leisure, entertainment, sports or cultural events, if the agreement specifies the day or period of service provision.

3. The User is obliged to:

a. use the Service in accordance with the law, good practices, and the provisions of the Regulation, considering the respect for personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties,
b. provide information in the Service, especially during registration, that is consistent with the factual situation, and promptly inform the Service Provider of any changes to the data provided,
c. refrain from using devices, software, and methods that may disrupt the operation of the Service,
d. not provide content of an unlawful nature.

4. The Consumer has the following options to use extrajudicial methods for handling complaints and pursuing claims:

a. the right to contact the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection with a request to initiate mediation proceedings for amicable dispute resolution between the User and the Service Provider.
b. the option to submit a complaint through the European ODR platform, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

5. Only a person whose data has been provided during Registration can be a Conference Participant.
6. Each Registered Conference Participant receives a personalized identifier upon arrival at the Conference, which, for security and organizational reasons, should be carried and used throughout the entire duration of the Conference.
7. In the event of the Participant's absence from the Conference, the conference fee paid by the Participant is non-refundable.


VII. COMPLAINTS

1. The User may file complaints regarding the Services provided within the Service, especially their non-performance or improper performance.
2. Complaints can be submitted in writing to the address: Medisfera Sp. z o.o., ul. Bruzdowa 60F, 02-991 Warsaw or by email: biuro@medisfera.pl. 
3. In the complaint, the User should provide their full name, correspondence address, type, and description of the problem.
4. The Service Provider undertakes to consider each complaint within 30 days, and if this is not possible, to inform the User within this period when the complaint will be considered. In case of deficiencies in the complaint, the Service Provider will request the User to supplement it to the necessary extent within 7 days from the date of receiving the request from the User.


VIII. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The personal data provided by Users is collected and processed by the Service Provider in accordance with applicable legal regulations and the Privacy Policy available on the Website.


IX. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The User may file complaints regarding the Services provided within the Service, especially their non-performance or improper performance.
2. Complaints can be submitted in writing to the address: Medisfera Sp. o.o., ul. Bruzdowa 60F, 02-991 Warsaw or by email: biuro@medisfera.pl.
3. In the complaint, the User should provide their full name, correspondence address, type, and description of the problem.
4. The Service Provider undertakes to consider each complaint within 30 days, and if this is not possible, to inform the User within this period when the complaint will be considered. In case of deficiencies in the complaint, the Service Provider will request the User to supplement it to the necessary extent within 7 days from the date of receiving the request from the User.
